Now Sundae Body has done the only logical thing and taken both of them into the shower.
Launching 23 June, the Australian bodycare brand is adding two new scents to its Whipped Shower Foam line-up: Pistachio Crème and Cherry Bomb. And no, this is not just another body wash pretending to be exciting. This is Sundae Body, which means the shower gets to be creamy, playful, scented like something you probably want to eat, and much more fun than the rest of your morning routine.
That has always been the magic of Sundae. The brand does not treat bodycare like a chore. It treats it like a little moment. A texture. A scent. A tiny mood shift before the day begins or before the night properly starts.
And these two new scents have very different personalities.

Pistachio Crème Is The Soft Dessert Girl
Pistachio Crème is warm, nutty and creamy, with notes of toasted pistachio, cream and a hint of caramel. A caramelised vanilla base keeps it sweet without making it heavy.
It is the scent for anyone who wants their shower to feel cosy, gourmand and quietly delicious. Not cupcake sweet. Not fake bakery sweet. More like the expensive dessert you pretend you are only going to have one spoonful of.

Cherry Bomb Is The Flirt
Cherry Bomb is the louder one.
Whipped and creamy, it opens with sweet, juicy cherry before moving into a floral middle and landing on a warm honey vanilla base. It is fruity, bright and a little bit glossy, but the honey and vanilla stop it from going too sugary.
It feels like red nails, lip gloss, good lighting and plans you have no intention of cancelling.

Why Sundae Gets It

But because Sundae Body has never felt like every other bodycare brand, we wanted to know more about where that world comes from. So we asked founder Lizzie Binks about building a beauty brand with flavour, humour and a very strong sense of fun.

Sundae Body has never felt like “just bodycare”. What were you bored of seeing in the beauty aisle when you first created the brand? It all just felt so uninspiring. There was no colour, very little innovation, and nothing that made you feel anything. These are products you’re putting on your body every single day, shouldn’t they actually feel good to use? Even shopping for bodycare felt like a chore. I’ve always looked for little moments of joy in the everyday, and it felt like such a missed opportunity to bring fun, fragrance, colour and texture into a daily routine and turn it into something you genuinely look forward to.
Pistachio and cherry are everywhere right now. What made you think, yes, these belong in the shower? It actually came from two of our bestselling body mists. Always Late has beautiful cherry notes, and Soft Serve is a caramel pistachio scent – our community absolutely loves them. Because we’re big believers in a full fragrance routine, bringing those scents into the shower felt like a really natural next step. It lets you layer your fragrance from the very beginning of your routine.
Sundae has such a cheeky, joyful personality. How much of the brand is you? I think every founder leaves a fingerprint on their brand, that’s usually what makes it feel authentic. Sundae definitely reflects my love of colour, creativity and finding joy in the everyday. I try to bring that same playful energy into how I lead the business and show up in real life.
Sundae makes the shower feel fun again. Was that always the mission? I actually think the mission is bigger than the shower – it just happened to start there. At its core, Sundae is about transforming everyday routines into moments you genuinely enjoy. We all have things we have to do every day, so why not make them the best experience possible?
What is the most “Sundae” thing about this launch? Sundae has become known for our rainbow aesthetic, and this launch is a perfect example of that. The vibrant colours aren’t just visually fun, they’ve become part of our brand’s signature language and instantly make people smile.
What has your customer taught you about what they actually want from bodycare? That bodycare isn’t just functional anymore. People want products that make them feel something. Whether it’s lifting their mood, helping them unwind or making an ordinary routine feel a little more special, they’re looking for an experience.
If Pistachio Crème was a night out, where is she going? Honestly, she’s probably not going out! Pistachio Crème is a cosy night-in kind of girl – cute pyjamas, fluffy slippers and a rom-com. Cherry Bomb, on the other hand, is absolutely out somewhere drinking cocktails, dancing and convincing everyone to stay for “just one more.”
What is the Sundae product you personally reach for the most? I’m all about a full routine, and I tend to change it with the seasons. Right now, because it’s winter in Australia, I’m loving a gourmand scent routine. I start in the shower with Pistachio Crème, follow with Birthday Cake Body Whip, then finish with one of my favourite body mist combinations – Soft Serve layered with Always Late.
What is next for Sundae Body, and should we expect more dessert behaviour? Well of course, there’s always room for more dessert! We’re constantly dreaming up new ways to bring joy into everyday routines, and let’s just say… a serve of Sundae doesn’t only belong in your shower. There’s plenty more to come!
