As the sun dips, the venue shifts into Arte Bianca — an award-winning Italian eatery with handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and cocktails curated by co-founder Mark Paterno fresh from his latest research trip to Italy. (Research = a very chic way to say “drinking Negronis along the Amalfi Coast.”)

The Bufala Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala is pure joy, but it’s the Prosciutto e Rucola Pizza that truly steals the show. Shaved parmesan, delicate prosciutto, and perfectly balanced fior di latte? It’s the must-order for date night, group dinners, or — in our case — dodging a table of ten spirited Italians who turned up at 9pm, still ready to eat, talk, and toast the night away. Iconic.
